Vie Cave 2021 has an intense, almost impenetrable ruby red color. The nose is enveloping: fruity notes of blackberry, blueberry and black cherry are combined with pleasant spicy sensations of cloves and vanilla; A slight note of tobacco completes the bouquet. On the palate it is rich and fascinating: velvety tannins support a long and persistent finish, characterized by nuances of bitter chocolate and mint.
